Initial Consultation
We begin with a detailed review of your concerns, mental health history, medical history, medications, allergies, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals.

Treatment Planning
If medication is appropriate, we discuss options clearly so you understand the purpose of treatment, expected benefits, possible side effects, and monitoring plan.

Ongoing Monitoring
Medication management requires follow-up. We monitor response, side effects, progress, and any changes in symptoms or health status.

Whole-Person Care
Medication may be one part of care, but it is not the only part. We also consider sleep, stress, nutrition, metabolic health, hormones, medical conditions, and daily habits that may influence mental health.

RESPONSIBLE PRESCRIBING

At SublimeU, we believe in safe and responsible prescribing. Medication is only recommended when clinically appropriate and after a careful evaluation.

For ADHD medication management, patients with a previous diagnosis may be asked to submit supporting documentation, such as prior neuropsychological evaluation, diagnostic records, or treatment history. Patients without a prior diagnosis may need additional evaluation before medication treatment is considered.

Our goal is not quick prescribing. Our goal is safe, ethical, effective care.
