SLEEP CONCERNS RELATED TO MENTAL HEALTH

Understanding Sleep, Stress, and Emotional Wellness

Sleep concerns can affect the way you think, feel, focus, work, and function every day.

Difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, waking too early, or not feeling rested can be connected to anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, burnout, medication effects, lifestyle habits, or underlying medical concerns.

At SublimeU Health & Wellness, we provide structured outpatient care for adults experiencing sleep difficulties related to mental health and overall wellness.

Our approach is evidence-based, compassionate, and focused on understanding the whole person — not just the sleep symptom.

COMMON SLEEP CONCERNS WE SUPPORT

Sleep concerns can look different for each person. Common concerns may include:

Waking up during the night

Racing thoughts at bedtime

Feeling tired even after sleeping

Poor sleep quality

Difficulty maintaining a sleep routine

Sleep disruption related to anxiety or stress

Low energy during the day

Mood changes related to lack of rest

Feeling wired but tired

Sleep changes related to depression or burnout

WHAT CAN CONTRIBUTE TO SLEEP CONCERNS

Sleep may be affected by stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, work schedule, lifestyle habits, caffeine use, medications, hormones, medical history, pain, trauma, grief, or chronic emotional overload.

At SublimeU, we take time to understand what may be contributing to your sleep concerns so your care plan can be personalized and clinically appropriate.

WHOLE-PERSON SLEEP CARE

Sleep is deeply connected to mental and physical health. Poor sleep can worsen mood, focus, anxiety, energy, appetite, metabolism, and overall well-being.

Our goal is to support better rest while also addressing the mental, physical, and lifestyle factors that may be affecting your sleep.

OUR APPROACH TO SLEEP CONCERNS

Initial Consultation
We begin with a detailed review of your sleep pattern, symptoms, mental health history, medical history, stress level, lifestyle, medications, and overall wellness.

Personalized Treatment Plan
Your plan may include sleep education, lifestyle recommendations, mental health treatment, medication review, therapy referrals, lab evaluation when appropriate, and additional medical referral if needed.

Medication Review When Appropriate
Some medications, supplements, caffeine use, or health conditions may affect sleep. We review contributing factors and make recommendations when clinically appropriate.

Referral When Needed
If symptoms suggest another sleep-related medical condition, such as sleep apnea, we may recommend further evaluation or referral.

WHEN TO REACH OUT
